Summer Camp Registration is open!

Even though March Break is just around the corner, summer break is not too far behind!

Registration for our summer day camps has opened.

If you’re ready to register, you can click here to register on RecDesk after logging into your profile. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the “Forgot Password” link to reset your account’s password by email. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from “RecDesk” which contains a link to reset your account password.

Or you can complete, save and send us the fillable PDF form. You can email the completed form or fax it to 519-434-7306. Payment must be received in order to finalize registration.

Our administration hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on holidays (Monday, February 17th). We anticipate that our phone lines will be busy; we apologize if you can’t get through to a staff on the first try. If you hear the voicemail message, please leave a message with your contact information and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Important Notes:

• If you are applying for subsidy or you’re receiving subsidy, please contact us for the registration form. Our Administration team will need to register your child(ren) and youth for you. Please make sure you have a profile on RecDesk, and that your child(ren)/youth have active memberships.

• If your child(ren)/youth has a disability, please complete the All Kids in Camp form FIRST, and then send it to our Inclusion Coordinator (inclusion@bgclondon.ca). They will be in touch for further discussions about what supports your child(ren)/youth need in order to have a successful and fun time in camp.
