Your time is valuable too! Join Us as a Volunteer
At BGC London (BGCL), we are dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where children, youth, and older adults can thrive. Our mission is to provide growth opportunities, help people overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and support our members and participants to develop confidence and skills for life.
Our Core Values
We are guided by our Core Values, which shape how we interact with children, youth, families, older adults, and our community:
Belonging & Inclusion: We welcome everyone into a safe, accepting environment where belonging and positive relationships are fostered.
Respect: We ensure that everyone—children, youth, families, older adults, volunteers, and staff—is heard, valued, and treated fairly.
Encouragement & Empowerment: We support and encourage each individual to play, learn, and grow to achieve their dreams.
Working Together: We collaborate with young people, families, older adults, volunteers, partners, and the government to strengthen our community.
Speaking Out: We advocate for children, youth, families, and older adults to create a better world for all.
