Open House 2024

On September 15, 2024 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm we will have our annual open house at BGC London.

What’s happening at the Open House?

• We will have Sports Activities & Challenges on basketball, volleyball, and gymnastics at our beautiful Gym.

• At our Freemasons Room, we have planned for

  • Line Dancing Demo (11:30 am to 11:45 am)

  • Zumba Demo (12:15 pm to 12:30 pm)

  • Karate Demo (1:00 pm to 1:30 pm)

• In our Café, you can

  • purchase some delicious pizza from Panago or

  • donate to get cotton candy and popcorn.

• Right next to our Cafe is our Judo Room. There we will have a station for face-painting and another for cookie decoration.

• The coolest spot of BGC London is room for Digital Creative Arts Centre (DCAC). They’ve got 3D printers, a full sized recording studio, lots of guitars, drums, equipment for photography & videography, post-production, and everything in between. While you check out their facility, you can listen to live music by the students. Don’t forget to ask about their Walk-a-thon.

• Coordinators of our education programs have also planned for fun activities for you. You can make slime while learning chemical reactions and the science behind it, play a picture matching game for life skills and wellness called Delicious Design, and much more.

• We also have family swimming sessions at Aquaplex. So don’t forget to bring your towels and swimsuits.

• We have Wall of Prizes where you can donate to pick an envelop to get a surprise gift. You can collect point doing all the activities, and our 5-question trivia game. Each point translated to a ballot. We will draw from the ballots at the end to give out 4 hot air balloon rides, 2 brand new bikes, and 10 passes for Evening Adventure (our After School Program).

At BGC London, we offer programs and activities for children, youth, and older adults providing them with opportunities to reach their full potentials.

There is something for everyone in the family.
